testimonials

Real projects. Real feedback.

The best way to understand how we work is to hear directly from the people we’ve partnered with. The feedback below comes from clients across a range of web design and UX/UI projects, sharing their experiences of collaborating with KRS Creative. From early design conversations and UX/UI design in Figma through to WordPress website launches and ongoing support. These testimonials reflect the care, clarity, and long-term mindset we bring to every project.

After interviewing countless candidates for this project, Kristin's prior work spoke for itself from the very beginning. What truly set her apart, though, was the care and patience she brought to the entire process of earning our business, jumping on calls whenever needed to iron out details, answer our questions, and remained flexible every step of the way. Her process is remarkably fine-tuned, ensuring no mistakes or miscommunications were made from start to finish.

Kristin is an exceptionally talented designer, but her knowledge extends far beyond design alone. That broader expertise proved invaluable throughout our website redesign and relaunch as a whole. Her developer, Cameron, matched that standard on the technical side, fast-paced, precise, and error-free when it came to the development work.

The transition to launch was seamless, and the final touches were handled with the same level of care we experienced throughout the entire engagement. We'll absolutely be continuing to work with Kristin and Cameron for ongoing maintenance, and we highly recommend Kristin and the entire KRS Creative team to anyone looking for a best-in-class web design and development experience. Hire them!!!

Kristin is top on my list. We've worked on several projects over the last few years and Kristin consistently delivers. Kristin has a keen sense of what's needed, usually from a very light brief, and takes the solutions next level. Creativity and precision always prevail. Kristin was instrumental in taking the concept for our digital publication from the most raw form to a beautiful site experience. We leaned heavily on her to help us achieve, and she came through above and beyond. Kristin's design aesthetics, chops, and UX sensibilities are what make our site as successful as it is today. We had hit walls that we could not find solve for prior to engaging Kristin- She helped us move through with elegant and thoughtful solutions. We have continued and will continue to work with Kristen into the future.

Kristin and her team are exceptionally talented and I would recommend them to anyone needing web design and development services. Kristin goes above and beyond. When I came to her, I expressed that I didn't want a copy-and-paste template website. With so much business competition, I needed my website to standout and be unique. Kristin more than delivered! She is a fantastic artist who has the unique ability to translate your vision into a website that is also incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. After she did my website, I retained her to do some additions as my company expanded services. She was prompt, communicated clearly, and created assets that reflected exactly what I asked for! I get compliments all the time on my website and I've since had several clients ask for Kristin to design their website (one of which she is working on right now!). I look forward to continuing to work with her as my company expands and more of my clients want to use her services! You cannot go wrong with Kristin and her team.

Spectacular. We engaged Kristin when we had a significant issue with a Figma design from another firm that was not good quality and was holding up both the build of our website and the launch of our firm. We only had a window of a few days to resolve this without it escalating and creating more problems for us. Kristin picked this up and really delivered for us. She completely re-built the Figma (which had not been properly structured) and re-designed it in line with our brand guidelines and the original intent of the site. The end result was so much better than we had expected - it's made a meaningful impact on our business and helped to move things forward quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kristin.

Outstanding Experience and Results! Hiring Kristin for my web design project on Upwork was a game-changer. She was able to combine artistic talent with technical skills to create a WordPress-compatible site that exceeded my expectations. I appreciate Kristin's unique approach because she took the time to thoroughly understand my business and brand, which allowed her to design a website that perfectly reflects my vision. Not only is the site visually stunning, but it also effectively communicates my brand's message, making it an extremely powerful tool for my business. If you are looking for a beautiful, custom-designed website to elevate your online presence, I highly recommend her.

Kristin and her partner Cameron proved to me that working on a new website need not be a nightmare. At every step it was clear to me that their focus was on my needs. From my experience, that is rare. Over the years I have had several websites built for our Architectural Firm and this the first time I got what I asked for the and job was actually completed. I feel like I have found a home where my websites can be built efficiently and with the care a good website requires. Thank you Kristin and Cameron.

I am so thrilled about the work Kristin did for my website. I gave her my vision and a branding guide, and she was able to translate it into a stunning website. The site reflects my company's creativity and professionalism. As a brand new company, I was so nervous about making sure I hired a web developer that would help me stand out amongst the competition and reflect the image I envisioned for my company. Kristin totally nailed it. I've received countless praise from clients who have remarked on how unique the site is and how modern! I loved working with Kristin because she was very responsive to my needs, made excellent suggestions, and met deadlines. She is very talented and will be an incredibly worthwhile hire for your web design needs.

Kristin did an amazing job navigating the many different opinions and changing vision of our Marketing team as she worked through creating a new area of our existing website. We contacted her because we needed someone with Elementor expertise who could do something a little more complicated than our team was skilled in. Kristin delivered our project within the deadlines and communicated with us every step of the way. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
